Join our hands-on cooking classes and camps in South Dublin, led by Ballymaloe-trained chef Keri. These fun, relaxed sessions are perfect for building confidence in the kitchen, whether you're a beginner or just looking to improve your skills.
You'll learn essential techniques like knife skills, baking basics, and stovetop cooking, all while preparing delicious dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Classes are small (max 12), fully interactive, and all ingredients and equipment are provided. You’ll leave with printed recipes, new skills, and the confidence to cook great food at home.

What to Expect

Hands-On Learning: These fully interactive experiences allow students to actively cook, bake, and learn essential kitchen techniques.

Balanced Menu & Variety of Skills: Students will explore a wide range of cooking techniques, including knife skills, stovetop cooking, and baking fundamentals, ensuring a well-rounded culinary experience.

Locally Sourced Ingredients: We prioritize the use of high-quality, fresh ingredients by sourcing locally grown produce.

All Ingredients and Equipment Included: Everything needed for the classes and camps is provided — no need to bring anything!

Supervised Environment: With a maximum of 12 students per class, each participant will receive individual attention and supervision.

Take-Home Recipes: At the end of each class and camp, students will receive printed recipes for all the dishes they've made, so they can recreate their culinary creations at home.
