Booking & Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event/class start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance.

• In the unlikely event that Keri’s Kitchen cancels a class or event, you will receive a full refund.

• Your personal details (name, email, phone, and payment info) are collected only for booking and communication purposes.

• We do not share your details with third parties, except as required to process payments securely.

• All payments are handled through Wix Payments, which uses industry-standard encryption.
